So, after weeks at the tailors, Mike's new suit he got for Christmas is ready.  He tried it on tonight with his new Christmas tie too.  If you ask me he's looking pretty good.

Welcome to our blog.

Hi there, this is it. The first post. Just getting a feel, setting a tone, you know...

It's a new year, we have a bambino on the way, and I figured it was time to set up our very own blog and make the vow to write entries at least once a week to keep our families and friends up to date on our amazingly, awesome and exciting lives. (That is not a run-on sentence.)

Let's see, it's 12:20 a.m and I'm still at work, that's right- I'm sitting in my office waiting to review the latest designs. It's snowing, it's freezing and oh yah, it's late. Mike is in San Diego for a conference this week and has been bragging about the heat, the waves and the amazing sunsets. I'm sooo jealous! I can't wait for him to get home though tomorrow, I feel like it's been forever.

I got a surprise phone call from my brother, CJ today who let me know that he's going to be working in Philly all week! Luckily, I was able to sneak out of the office for a quick bite with him tonight. It will be fun to hang out with him this week and we're planning to go visit him and his family this weekend. We miss the girls so much, can't wait to see Hannah's face when she sees her favorite, Uncle Mike.
